Leadership Training

Are you ready to take your team to the next level? Are you prepared to pass the torch along to your Assistant Chief?

Every course is designed to maximize the talent in your fire department to reach their greatest potential.

Easy and Convenient

Our courses are available 24-7/365. Certificates are delivered at the completion of each level. One on one coaching is available and all alumni get access to our closed Facebook Group of leadership training alumni--this puts you in touch with more than 300 fire department leaders from across the country where you can ask questions, share ideas, learn best practices and lean on a professional, highly effective fire department leadership team to help you in your career.

Wouldn't it be great to know...well, you are great?

Leadership training is the first step towards greatness.

Proactive leadership training is the best way to signal to your team that you take leading them as seriously as they take you as a leader. It also demonstrates to your community the value you place in becoming the best version of yourself. Through master of leadership skills, you are poised to tackle any personnel issue, community stakeholder involvement, diversity initiative or if necessary, a crisis that needs your leadership.

Get Inspired

To keep up with the stories and examples that keep your fire burning, subscribe to this blog and become active in the closed Facebook Group community. Only graduates of these courses are invited to participate so you can be confident knowing those with whom you interact are of the highest calibre. It never hurts to make friends with colleagues across the United States. Make plans to visit them in person when travelling for business or vacation. We are a community of first responders who extend our kindness and our experience with others we respect and admire.
